To heat and use as a hot pack...

In a microwave oven - up to 700 watts:

regular long / square - heat for 1.5 minutes on high, stays warm for 20 - 30 minutes

mini - heat for 50 seconds on high, stays warm for 15 minutes

macro - heat for 2.5 to 3 minutes on high, stays warm for 30 to 40 minutes

neck hug - heat for 2.5 to 3 minutes on high, stays warm for 30 to 40 minutes

To chill and use as a cold pack...

Place the PitPac in its ziplock bag which ships with every order and store in a freezer. Ready to use after 4 hours. Stays cool for 20 minutes. May be left in freezer until required for cold or hot uses.

Washing instructions...

Machine wash the bag - pits and all - along with your regular clothing (dark/towels) and then dry it completely in your clothes dryer. It's good for the pits, and maintains your hygienic comfort.

Caution!!

• do not heat PitPacs in a greasy oven

• PitPacs should not be overheated beyond the limits recommended here, nor applied to areas of poor circulation or insensitive skin without consulting a physician
